Want to contribute to open source?

Come along to Patch:Manchester at MadLab Edge Street, where we’ll be getting together to do just that.

Bring your laptop and your enthusiasm, and let’s group up to do something good!

Thanks to everybody’s feedback, we now have a new location and a new day. Thanks to the kind folks at Madlab, we will now be meeting in their Northern Quarter premises on Edge Street, from 7pm. Don’t forget to say thanks to the staff on your way in 🙂

Further to everybody’s feedback, I will be organising a monthly featured open source project, where a contributor will be around to help out. You don’t have to join us working on the featured project, but if you have no other projects, this will be a good place to start!

This month we are contributing to, the event and speaker feedback website. Projects are an API (php), a frontend website (php, html, css), and Android and iPhone apps. Github, Jira.
